STACBOND achieves EXCELLENT level in the Zero Waste certification in El Bierzo
At STACBOND, we are proud to announce that our plant located in the La Rozada Industrial Estate, Parandones (León), in the heart of El Bierzo, has achieved the EXCELLENT level in the Zero Waste certification, the highest recognition for responsible waste management in the industrial sector.
This achievement confirms that more than 95% of the waste generated in our processes is managed sustainably, moving towards a production model that is environmentally friendly and based on the principles of the circular economy.
What is the Zero Waste certification and why is it important?
The Zero Waste certification recognizes organizations that implement efficient and responsible waste management, evaluating their performance according to the principles of reduce, reuse, and recycle, in addition to legal compliance.
