STACBOND, the skin of Madrid Content City
At STACBOND, we are thrilled to have participated in the Madrid Content City project, the audiovisual hub that is transforming film, television, and digital content production in Spain. Located in Tres Cantos, this complex is not only a meeting point for creativity but also a well-designed, sustainable environment connected to the city.
Our contribution: creativity and functionality
Within Madrid Content City, we have contributed façades to two key projects, each with its own identity and designed by Rubio Arquitectura.
International Business University
A campus spanning 13,500 m² dedicated to audiovisual and professional training, with a capacity for 7,000 students. With our Traffic White and Anthracite Grey composite panels, we bring modernity and dynamism, reflecting the creativity generated inside.
Corporate Offices
With 5,400 m² and 158 parking spaces, these offices combine flexible, bright spaces that can adapt to different layouts, demonstrating how design can reinforce corporate identity and functionality. For this project, we supplied STACBOND FR composite panels in Silver Metallic, Carbon, and Gold finishes, which not only add texture and style but also interact with Madrid’s natural light: at sunrise, noon, or sunset, the façades seem to transform. This makes the building feel alive, almost cinematic, perfectly fitting its role as a stage for major productions.
In addition, our façades provide thermal and acoustic insulation, durability, and low maintenance — essential in a space where filming, teaching, and intensive work take place.

A vibrant environment
Madrid Content City spans approximately 140,000 m² and is designed to become one of the most important hubs in Europe. The site will host over 5,000 trees, more than 50 electric vehicle charging points, photovoltaic systems, and bike lanes directly connected to Tres Cantos station.
It is designed as “the largest business park under development in the Community of Madrid,” giving the complex significant relevance as a European production center.
Accessibility is another key feature, as it is just 20 minutes from the airport and well-connected by train and public transport, making it easy to reach the set, filming locations, or host international teams.
At a time when Spain is positioning itself as a top destination for major international productions—with tax incentives and extensive infrastructure—Madrid Content City has everything needed to host series, films, and high-impact content.

Sustainability and Commitment to the Environment
At STACBOND, our commitment is clear: genuine sustainability and lasting design. Madrid Content City incorporates ESG criteria, a reduced carbon footprint, and certifications such as BREEAM® and LEED®, making it a project that is as environmentally responsible as it is ambitious creatively.
Our Role as Part of the Project
Each STACBOND panel contributed to the hub reinforces our vision: that the façade should be more than just a covering—it should be a stage for identity, technology, and architectural expression. In a complex where stories are created, our metal façades also become part of the narrative.
