MICR’home is a compact space of approximately 25 square metres, 5 metres from the ground, developed on three levels of 2 metres width. The microhotel is decorated by Myrtille Drouet, an expert in interstitial spaces. This project maximises functionality in a reduced area, using eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient technologies. Its adaptable modular design equipped with home automation technology seeks to create affordable and flexible housing, serving as an experimental model for future sustainable urban policies. Developed by local architects and urban planners. For this unique work, the “Anthracite grey” finish was chosen, which contrasts with the white origami birds that the designer incorporated in the entrance.
