The Thermos building in Pamplona is the first housing block in Spain certified by the Passivhaus Institute. It consists of 29 homes and uses a continuous thermal envelope to minimise thermal bridges. It has double flow mechanical ventilation systems with heat recovery and rock wool insulation. The ventilated façade includes STACBOND aluminium composite panels. These characteristics allow energy savings of 75% and guarantee high efficiency and thermal comfort.
