The project designed by Saraiva + Associados, consists of two modern and sustainable office buildings located in the riverside area of Alcântara. With a total area of 39.000 m² spread over eight floors, the project stands out for its STACBOND composite panel façade, which provides contemporary aesthetics and energy efficiency.
